Part 1 – How To Make Folding Power Rack Home Gym Tutorial | Rogue Inspired | Squat Rack | Pull Up Bar | DIY

This blog post is part 1 of a 4 part series showing you how my Hubby made his own home gym in our back garden. The was the ultimate frugal DIY project as he literally built it all from scratch at a fraction of the price you’d pay for an off-the-shelf home gym.

The video below is part 1 showing step by step how he made the folding power rack. Below the video is the list of all the various item used for this DIY project.

I’ve watched the video a few times and tried to do a full write up of what he’s doing in the video but it wasn’t working out as I didn’t really have a clue. Just watch the video as he explained it all in grave detail!

Part 3 – Concrete Gym Weight Plates | How To Make | Simple Diy | Home Gym

• Bicycle Tyres
(18inches closest size to olympic bumper plates)
(Go for smaller sizes if you intend to use Dumbbell barbells)
(I spent £40 for 34 tyres, only used 22 tyres)

• Cement (Used 2 bags in video)
